Over 40 Arts United affiliated organizations were represented at “Taste of the Arts 2010″. Amazingly, it was only one of the many events taking place last Saturday in downtown Fort Wayne. The historic Barr Street Market was open all day, Columbia Street had a block party featuring R & B acts, musical groups were performing at the Plaza of the Allen County Public Library, Viva Fort Wayne Fiesta was taking place at Headwaters Park, and a re-enactments of the French & Indian War events were showcased at Historic Fort Wayne. All of these events are made possible by individual volunteers, companies, and organizations who call Fort Wayne their home. Ours is truly a special community.

Refinancing could be a viable option for you as a homeowner if you wish to lower monthly payments, pay off a home mortgage sooner, consolidate debts, or obtain equity for home improvements. Should you consider a refinancing option, make sure that you fully understand the advantages and disadvantages. You need to know the real costs of the loan (APR) and that the various fees associated with the loan are reasonable & competitive. Needless to say, pick your mortgage broker carefully.
