You now have one opportunity to impress them, so it’s important that you have fixed things that could possibly drag down the value of your home’s value & eliminate it for consideration. Most of us can see the physical things needing improvement; however, identifying odors and smells is very difficult. We recommend that you ask a diplomatic friend to sniff your house for unpleasant or unusual odors. If detected, eliminate them.
